HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and contact number of shipping agent. You can as well track status via our website.

Under Process    Your selected items are being prepared and packaged.
In transit               Your order is on the move.
Out for delivery  Your order is really close or on its way to your home.
Exception             This unlikely scenario means that your order ran with unexpected experience.

In the unfortunate event where your package for any reason has been damaged or lost, it takes up to 3 to 10 business days based on destination before we can re-ship your order.

I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BY NOW, WHAT TO DO?

In unfortunate circumstances unexpected delays may occur, you must allow a minimum of 5 business working days for domestic shipments and 10 business working days for international shipments for the item to arrive at your destinated address.  If this period passes and you are yet to receive your order, please contact us via WhatsApp +971 55 4254264  or email support@selsela.com and we will immediately follow up with our shipper.

DO YOU KEEP ADEQUATE STOCK AND AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS?

We do our best and strive to keep adequate stock of all items displayed on our website and other social network channels. Nevertheless and in the event of an item being out of stock, we indicate some of them to be “available on backorder” for your shopping convenience. In this situation, we require additional time of few working days from 3 to 30 days to receive the product from our workshop based on production and dispatch it to your address.

I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE?

Regrettably at present we are not able to take custom orders. However, we do have large selection of items which you can select from.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD VERMEIL AND GOLD PLATED?

Gold Plated is usually a metal such as brass or nickel or any other type of metal covered with electroplated gold. Gold Vermeil is sterling silver covered with electroplated gold and is higher in quality.

It does not work well for us as we are actively updating and introducing new items to our range. We frequently introduce new designs which it is much for us to keep a print current catalog. If coming back to our indicated channels every few days is more commitment than you are ready for that will keep you on top of storewide sales, coupons, new arrivals, and others.
