Selsela provides a free return service for all shoppers. We strive to provide our shoppers with the best experience and highest quality accessories with the best efficient customer service. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 3 days of receiving your package.
Shopper has 3 days from the date of receipt to raise a request for return. Please note that if you are returning multiple items, you must request a return request for each. Once the returned items are received, we will inspect the package and items whether found in their original package and intact or damaged, we will process your original refund in the same method of payment. Refund may take up to 30 business days to be processed and executed. The original purchase price of the returned items in good status and undamaged will be refunded except for the original cost of shipping, duties and taxes which will be deducted.
We can only collect returned products from the same country as your order. If you have returned a product for a country other than the delivery country, you may have to pay additional export charges to return the package to us.
We recommend that all customers check the pieces well on delivery before removing any of the attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging. Items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unused should be returned with their original marks.
The accessories should be returned in the original boxes available and inside the protective shipping box.
If the product is accompanied by a security mark, it must be left. If the security flag is removed, the returned product will not be compliant and will not be refunded. The pierced earrings including the hanging earrings and the stud earrings are non-refundable and non-replaceable for hygiene and safety reasons. Items or Item that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the shopper with no refund.
In the event of a defect, the returned items will be refunded except for the shipping cost when using the free return service. The shopper bears the cost of shipping, as well as duties and taxes.
