SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Selsela. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:


We will not under any circumstance deal or provide any service or sell products to any of the Office of Foreign Assets Control - OFAC and the Arab League Boycott sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of UAE.


If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the site shopper.


All orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery period. With international shipments, you may experience unexpected delays due to customs checks.


If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in the tracking.


Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the tracking number of your package once your order has been processed. All our products are shipped out of UAE to your selected destination around the world.
 

Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 2 to 10 business days depending on your country of final destination. Additional fees may apply when shipping outside UAE.


Customs

Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. I, We, Entity, Employee at Selsela are not liable under any circumstance of any additional costs that may occur and are related to customs processing or in-transit charges.
 

We recommend you consult with any local agent or approach your local customs authority to determine the associated landed cost price prior to completing your online purchase.

Inventory & Stock

We aim to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website. However, in the event of an item being out of stock, we indicate some of them to be “available on backorder” for your shopping convenience. In this case, we require an additional period ranging between 7 to 21 days to receive the item from our workshop and dispatch it to your address.


Packaging

Complimentary for all orders, your online shopped accessories will be sent to you in Selsela‘s beautiful packaging box that carries our distinguished logo in gold and silver. Please rest assured that we always wrap our items securely and safely in a nice gift wrapping.


Payment Online

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED currency.


Miscellaneous

Items not received but tracked as being delivered happens when items are delivered to someone else who has signed for it at the delivery point address as specified and provided by the shopper.
 

Any order discrepancies relating to missing or lost items must be reported to us in writing via our contact number or details within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
 

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch.
 

We can't resend orders until they are classed as lost. 
 

We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. Providing the correct delivery address is the responsibility of the shopper.
 

We will will not process refund for lost or delivered items when an incorrect address has been provided by the shopper.
 

We cannot take responsibility for delivery of items to an incorrect but deliverable address or delivery to a non-existent address.
